SURCP is a based 501(C)(3) collaborative dedicated to social and economic revitalization of the communities located in the river basin geographical area. Our mission is to develop a local workforce, business opportunities and family wage jobs in cooperation with Tribal governments,Federal and State agencies. SURCP facilitates collaborative aquatic and terrestrial based restoration and based projects with Federal agencies, regional stakeholders and members on public and private lands. We are recognized as one of 24 Oregon collaboratives focused on resolving the complex social and ecological challenges facing southern Oregon counties located in and around Federally managed forest lands. We also facilitate citizen science based projects that promote health, education and job opportunities with a nexus associated with restoration ecology.

Working with people in the Tribal Regions and poor villages that have limited to no access to medical care, education, common safe amenities, proper nutrition, safe living environment, and other social aspects of life. Our purpose is to bring these people the help they need to live a safe and Happy life.

COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER IS THE ONLY MEDICAL CLINIC IN OREGON DEVOTED TO AFRICAN AMERICAN/BLACK HEALTH. WE EXIST TO IMPROVE HEALTH OUTCOMES AND ADVANCE HEALTH EQUITY OFFERING PRIMARY CARE SERVICES AND HEALTH EDUCATION AND PROMOTION FOCUSED ON THE AFRICAN AMERICAN/BLACK COMMUNITY.

Economic aid to BIPOC and historically underserved families and businesses. Improving lives through community service economic assistance financial education aid and emergency services. Philanthropic eCommerce and retail small business collaborations and Incubator community service provider health and wellness educators. CECLC scholarship program began in 1991 and awards educational scholarships for Latino students each year.
